Oh Please, Oh Please, Oh Please

The 10 day is up.  We are 10 days out from Cranksgiving.  Looky-Looky

Wil this forecast hold?  Oh Please Oh Please.  A little warmer would be nice, but I will take no rain (or snow).  Door prizes from our sponsors have been flowing in like the salmon of Capistrano.  Hats, Water Bottles, Sunglasses, and much much more.

As for Cranksgiving - I talked to Julie at Lorado's, and she is whipping up some of her award winning Chili.  Bowls will be sold for $4, and will have unlimited refills.  SO, after the ride - after you have worked up an amazing appetite, remember the Chili at Lorado's.  Have a drink, a bowl of Chili, and watch the "TrackStand Competition".

I did get a message from one of our readers about the possibility of a "Cranksgiving Grand Marshal".  That actually would be kind of fun, have a different Grand Marshal each year.  Have the GM lead the roll out, out of the Plaza.  And North to 1st Street.  Once you hit 1st Street - It is a free for all.  So, if you want to make some nominations for Grand Marshal, please email them to me at eric@nibu.info.

Include the individual, their cycling accomplishments (and of course they do not have to be racing related), and any good deeds done for the sake of the cycling community.  Please make sure that the person you nominate, would be willing to actually take the job.

One week to go.  Please clear your calendar.  You wont want to miss this one!
